Steps to follow the Pomodoro technique:

  • Make a list of goals that you want to complete in one day.
  • Divide your study session into 4 parts.
  • Each session will be 25-30 mins long.
  • After one session of 25-30 minutes, take a short break of 4-5 minutes.
  • During this short break, you can drink water or go out and walk for some time or anything that will refresh your mind. But the break should end for 4-5 minutes and should not exceed it.
  • Follow the same steps for the next 3 sessions. After the completion of 4 sessions, take a long break of 1 hour wherein you can meditation or have breakfast/lunch, etc.
  • After a long break, you can repeat these steps again.
  • In this way, you can study for long hours.
  • Follow these steps properly. You will the differences between your present study sessions and previous ones.
